Bible Games- Pick and Share

· Write a phrase/sentence that relates to a bible story. You could pick stories from a particular book e.g. Genesis, or could pick randomly from the entire Bible

· Cut and fold the papers and number them

· Divide class into groups, one or two person(s) represents each group

· Have participants pick the papers, and read the phrase according to their numbers

· Participants have to say the name of the Bible story of the phrase they read, and then tell the story.

. they could be scored 2 pts for saying the name of the story and 2 pts for telling the story correctly

· They could use a life line by calling one of their group members to give them an idea of the name of the story only but not to tell them the story itself.

· Depending on how tough you want this game, you could prepare them ahead by telling them where to read, or you give them random stories.

. At the end of the game, the teacher is encouraged to explain moral lessons on each story, tell the bible verses for the stories, and give a word of admonishment.
